Postage
Beads for Mamas will aim to dispatch instock items within 2 working days. I will inform you by email when your item has been posted. If there is going to be a delay in dispatch I will notify you of this via email.
Items overseas or not UK mainland at cost, please contact me to discuss this.
Returns
In accordance with the Consumer Protection (distance selling) Regulations (2000) you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days. If the item has not yet been dispatched we will provide a full refund.
Non faulty items
If on receipt of an item you decide you wish to return it, please contact us within 7 days, and return it within 14 days. You will need to cover the cost of the postage of the item to us. On receipt of the return, if undamaged and in its original packaging, we will refund the full cost of the item minus the postage cost. It will not be possible to issue a refund if an item arrives back to me damaged as a result of original packaging not being used.
Faulty items
Each necklace has been handmade and checked by myself, however if an item is faulty please accept my apologies. Please contact us within 7 days and return the item in it's original packaging to me, and I will issue a full refund or replacement-whichever you prefer. I will of course refund the cost of postage also.
Restringing service
If your child manages to pull your necklace off and break it, please contact us as soon as possible. If this happens within one year of purchase I will restring it free of charge. You will need to pay postage to return the item, but I will post it back free of charge. The Amber Teething Necklaces are not included in the restringing service as are not made by myself.
Return Post
It is strongly recommended that you use Special Delivery to return any necklaces to me as I cannot be liable for any items lost or damaged in the post. Royal Mail do not pay compensation for jewellery unless posted using Special Delivery.
